About The Role

We are seeking a Para-Swimming Talent Coach to join our team on a fixed term contract for 10-12 months.

This is an exciting opportunity working within the Sports Development Directorate as part of a busy Swimming ane Para-Swimming talent team responsible for delivering the Para-Swimming talent programme and developing the para-swimming coach workforce.

Reporting to the Para-Swimming Development Manager, you will be responsible for working with athletes, parents and their home programme coaches, developing the para-swimming workforce to enhance the athlete journey and work with Swim England regional partners to develop the para-swimming pathway.
