World Class Programme Head of Field & Multi Events

This Performance Senior Leadership opportunity comes as we continue to implement a new WCP performance strategy that aims to deliver success at the Paris Olympics and Paralympics and beyond.

Working with the Technical Director and a wider WCP Performance Support team, the role will take responsibility for developing, leading, and managing the WCP field and multi-events plan. As part of this, the role will include leading the engagement with the WCP field and multi-events athletes and their coaches, supporting preparation, planning and delivery of camps, championships and ensuring the WCP's efforts are directed towards supporting athletes' progress towards success at the global championships.

It will also collaborate with pathway managers and Home Country Athletics Federations to ensure that field and multi-events talent and performance pathways are aligned, connected and effective.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and collaborative skills, a strong track record of leadership, strategic thinking, coaching and experience at global senior championship level in field and/or multi-events.
