About Project Support Manager (known internally as Implementation Team Manager)
As Project Support Manager you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, proactive and flexible project management service to internal and external customers. You will take responsibility for allocating resources, providing stakeholder updates and leading teams to deliver high quality project implementations. You will be involved in plans to maximise our systems and processes as well as drive efficiency and effectiveness across Networks, Programmes and Workforce. You will also ensure make sure work complies with the ISO:9001 Quality Management System. You will oversee project performance, risk management, operational planning and KPI tracking too. Important will be the ability to identifying areas for improvement and non-compliance to maximise our effectiveness.
For this role you must have extensive project management experience. You will be used to co-ordinating work with external partners, providing high quality reporting and providing strong financial controls. Effective at developing and coaching teams, you express yourself persuasively, have strong communication skills and are skilled at building excellent working relationships.
