This exciting and rewarding role will see you develop and implement the sport and recreation strategy across diverse contracts. You would also develop and implement the sports development business plan to contribute to the Health and Wellbeing of the community.

About Sports & Community Development Manager

You will manage the Sports Development Section of you contract to ensure that the staff carry out their duties and tasks effectively and efficiently in the best interest of the Department. Ensure events and programmes are delivered meeting health and safety requirements and that staff are suitably qualified to deliver the particular scheme. Lead the sport and community strategic, developmental and operational challenges for the Division. To implement and develop the Sport and Physical Activity Annual Service Plan, sports development delivery plan, and, to prepare and source funded programmes.

You are the lead on bringing Heath and Physical activity to diverse groups within the community and with the support of Fusion Lifestyle's facilities you will bring Wellbeing and Health to those a little further from physical recreation. There is also an aspect of rehabilitation for those with disabilities and health recovery programmes.
