School Sport Coach Apprentice - Orchard Mead Academy

Orchard Mead Academy have a fantastic opportunity to join their thriving team, ideal for an enthusiastic and energetic individual looking to enter a career in sports coaching and/or teaching. The school sport coach Apprentice will work in collaboration with teachers to deliver coaching programmes that focus on development needs of the children.

• Support the provision of high-quality sports coaching
• Involve all children in PE and adapt lessons for different abilities
• Feedback to students on performance to help them improve techniques and understanding
• Improve links with local schools and partners to help with competitive sport and physical activity provision
• Increase physical activity levels within the school
• Support the PE Coordinator regarding intra and inter school events
• Assist the school in its day to day duties

Employment based at Orchard Mead Academy but you may be required to work at any of the Trust's academies. Any offer of Apprenticeship will be subject to a full DBS and Satisfactory References.
