At YMCA Leeds we are looking for an experienced coach to lead our gymnastics club. The post will be based at our Lawnswood Site LS16 6HQ. The desired person will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the gymnastics club. We currently deliver recreational, competition pre-school and school gymnastics programmes, with the plan to expand on these.

Required Qualifications: Minimum Level 2 British Gymnastics Coaching (WAG)
Key responsibilities include:
.Being an excellent leader who is able to for fill the Vision of the club for the organisation. This role requires the management of all club process, and the correct person will be a key driver in the clubs future development.
·Ensuring the safety of the gymnasts.
·Managing Club administration.
·Line managing coaches, volunteers, & assistant coaches.
·Compliance (club policies) & governance (BG requirements)
·Managing gymnasts through the clubs award scheme.
.Managing club competitions.
·Being professional in your interactions with children, parents, colleagues, and schools.
·Assisting with the safe set up and packing away of equipment, ensuring all equipment is stored safely.
·Providing progress reports to parents and senior management
