2016 British Open Wheelchair Tennis Championships

The Tennis Foundation is proud to be delivering the 2016 British Open Wheelchair Tennis Championships again this year running between the 26-31 July at the Nottingham Tennis Centre. Alongside the world class tennis on display, which will see Wimbledon Champions Gordon Reid, Alfie Hewett and Jordanne Whiley compete, there will also be the chance for local people to come and try tennis themselves.

The free Come and Try session will take run on Saturday 30th July from 10am – 3pm. Whether you're picking up a racket for the first time or want to master your backhand with our equipment and qualified coaches!

Kids and adults are encouraged to come along to the free come and try tennis day on the 30th July to try out the sport, meet some of the stars and have their photo taken with the iconic Davis Cup trophy as it stops off at Nottingham as part of its nationwide Trophy Tour.
