Take the Lead

LRS were successful in gaining funding from Sport England for a short-term collaborative project to support more women into leadership and coaching. 'Take the Lead' targeted women in diverse communities, empowering them to develop skills as leaders, activators or coaches and providing access to training and support to help each woman reach their full potential. "I am determined to bring 'my sport' to lots more people this year and give them the health and social benefits that I know it can. This goal is ALL thanks to Take the Lead!"
