The NEC Wheelchair Tennis Masters has been very successful over the coming years. The event's success derives from creating a vast amount of opportunities for local groups of people to engage in the event and follow on activities in its originated location in Lee Valley Tennis and Hockey Centre, Stratford, London.
For the first time ever, the NEC Wheelchair Tennis Masters 2017 will be based on Loughborough University from 29th November – 3rd December.
The event will be starting virtually all over again as it the local community has always played a vital role to get involved, including: day trip packages, ball crew and volunteer opportunities.
As part of the new location, the masters event is now turning to schools, to bring forward representative students around Leicestershire & Rutland, setup by the Tennis Foundation, Great Britain's leading tennis charity. Make your school standout and set the mark by supporting the charity to get more people playing tennis and promote it as a sport that is inclusive and accessible to all (Including your own students!).
The benefits not only allow your school to take part in the most prestigious event on the ITF's UNIQLO Wheelchair Tennis Tour, but can also help your school develop from rewards for your students' hard commitment and contribution:
- Provide your school will follow on offers including coaching, activator leaders training and much more.
- Students who don't participate as ball crew can come along to the event and watch their peers in their roles they can give you group tickets
