European Cross Country Championships: I've just returned from the European Cross Country Championships in Samorin, Slovakia. The course was flat and fast and was ideal for me and I had an amazing race to finish in 5th place and to help team GB win the team gold medal. I felt strong throughout the race and was so pleased how the race went and I feel that I'm getting consistently stronger.

The weekend was a fantastic experience and I loved representing Team GB.
