Businesses being recruited to be part of the new Help to Grow: Management programme.

Leicester Castle Business School is now recruiting for businesses to be part of the new Help to Grow: Management programme. This new course is Government subsidised, and will support senior managers of small and medium sized businesses to boost their business's performance, resilience, and long-term growth.

The Help to Grow: Management programme is 90% funded by the UK government, and is aimed at supporting businesses to scale up as the country recovers from the pandemic. Accredited by the Small Business Charter, LCBS is offering this 12-week practical programme, which covers all aspects of management, including finance and strategies for growth and innovation, for £750.

Eligibility for the programme is:

  • been trading for over 1 year
  • have 5-249 employees
  • senior management with at least one direct reporting employee
  • Not a charity

There are three start dates:

  • 2nd September 2021
  • 30th September 2021
  • 28th October 2021

The programme takes place over three months and has been designed to enable completion alongside full time work. You will enjoy both online and face-to-face sessions, alongside peer support and mentoring.
