Workplace Health Survey Results

You may remember that earlier in the year we, along with Leicestershire County Council asked you to fill in a Workplace Health and Wellbeing Survey on behalf of your organisation. This was to help explore how organisations currently support the health and wellbeing of their employees and volunteers and how this might be expanded upon.

Headlines from the survey results across Leicestershire & Rutland:

  • 36% of organisations wanted to provide more employee learning/training to help them look after their own health
  • 36% organisations wanted to provide more manager learning/training to help them look after their own and their team's health
  • 45% of organisations wanted to provide more financial wellbeing support for their employees/volunteers
  • 39% of organisations wanted help creating a staff wellbeing strategy
  • 51% of organisations wanted to be working towards a Wellbeing Award

To build on this further, Elliot Foster is running some 1-1 interviews and focus groups over the next few months and it would be really great if you were able to take part. These sessions will shape the expansion of this work.
