Leicester & Leicestershire enterprise Partnership have worked together with the Business Gateway to develop a "Building the Workforce of the Future" resource to help businesses and organisations across Leicester and Leicestershire expand into different ways of developing a diverse workforce.

This resources contain a range of information such as; case studies, statistics, apprenticeships, t-levels and different activities you can use to help you employ the correct candidate.

The resource contains links and activities, you as a Leicester or Leicestershire business can use, to help make sure you are recruiting the right people with the correct qualifications/behaviours for the role.
