Just Bowl

Just Bowl is a new, innovative and exciting offer that encourages individuals of all ages but particularly those 60 years and over, to get active.

Just Bowl can be adapted to suit different groups and different types of venues from small lounge areas in a care home to larger community facilities.

Just Bowl is FUN, flexible and inclusive in nature with everyone and anyone able to take part.

Just Bowl has been piloted across several care homes and research shows that residents who participate in the programme feel the benefit both physically and mentally and it gives them a feeling of well-being.

Just Bowl has also worked with several other organisations including cancer support groups, dementia groups, Age UK and others who have seen success in encouraging their clients to get active.
