Between January and February 2021, Sported asked members to complete an online survey to highlight their concerns about the future of their organisation and the type of support they needed going forward.
160 responses were recorded in this survey from various Sported members. There are a variety of graphs and themes explored as to what member organisations are seeking support for at this time whilst still in lockdown, and concerns or queries about re-opening/for the future.
Some of the main themes highlighted from responses include:
- Anxiety levels
- Survival
- Confidence
- Frustrations & Concerns - Engagement/re-engagement, mental health & wellbeing, funding and opportunities.
- Priorities
- Support needs now
- Support needs once reopened
The survey concludes by highlighting how Sported as an organisation has helped their members so far throughout the pandemic and how they will look to adapt themselves moving forwards.
