A free annual Bridge4 Wellness Check with a Chartered Physiotherapist. Based on our work in professional sport, this provides all the information we need to help you maximise your wellness.
Coaching in correct techniques to help you exercise with confidence.
Heart-rate monitored classes* to help you exercise to your optimum personal level.
Limited class sizes from six members (depending on the type of class). This is personal training in small groups. All our classes are guided by the latest wellness research.
Fundamentals programmes, managed by physios, for those who want to start exercise or who have specific health problems.
A range of Pilates classes led by a physio.
