About Inclusion Development Officer
To increase the number, range and quality of opportunities for ALL young people to participate and progress in PE, School Sport and the School Games. To increase the skills and confidence of the school sport workforce to provide high quality provision. Raising Aspirations of young people with additional support needs and those that support them to realise their potential in and through physical education and sport. Embedding student voice to ensure our provision meets the needs of all pupils. Planning and delivering a high quality competition, school sport & physical activity programme for Leicester-Shire & Rutland Special Schools. Working with mainstream schools across the city and county to ensure that there are appropriate opportunities in sport and physical activity for their SEND students.
