The School that has the most staff signed up and the most active School, at the end of the Workplace Challenge Activity Log (ends 28th Feb 2016), will win a FREE GO GOLD Ambassador Roadshow visit to their School which will include a practical session and Q&A with the athlete!

Kick start your New Year with a happier and healthier lifestyle. Between Monday 4th January and Sunday 28th February 2016 you are invited to join the 8 week Workplace Challenge Activity Log designed to support you increase your activity levels whilst at work.

We'd like to challenge and encourage you to help us save one sickness day per employee during 2016 saving Leicestershire, Leicester and Rutland based businesses an estimated £35,730,600 per year…….simply by becoming more physically active!

Engagements with Workplace Challenge has led to organisations seeing increased productivity, reduced absenteeism and improved team morale but most importantly are employees themselves now have higher job satisfaction, more confidence, a wider social friends group and of course are at lower risk of developing further health conditions

So how can you and your School get involved?

Activity Log – Log your levels of sport and physical activity online and challenge yourself and your colleagues to become a more active workplace. Create your own activity targets, monitor your 150 minutes of recommended physical activity and get lots of tips and hints of how you can revolutionise your lunch break!

Competition Programme – Bring a team of your friends or colleagues to join our fun and friendly offline competitions in a wide range of sports throughout the year. Events are suitable for all ages and abilities and are the perfect teambuilding activity
