Winter miles

Since being forced to finish my 2015 season due to a stress fracture in my hip, I've spent most of the winter enjoying getting back into training. Now I've graduated from Loughborough I've had a bit more free time, and although I've got into knitting, I felt I could utilise my spare time a bit better so I decided to start my British Triathlon coaching qualification. Back in January I went out to Spain on a national camp. I was given the all clear by the British triathlon sports doctor to build back into running and start riding longer bike miles.
