Oakham School Feature in All Three Team Leicestershire Netball Finals

6 Teams from across Leicestershire, Leicester City & Rutland, took part in the Team Leicestershire Netball Year 7/8/10 Finals on 21/04/2016.

In the first final of the night it was the Year 7 final which saw, Oakham (Rutland) take home the gold medals, with Ratcliffe College (South Charnwood) finishing as Runners up.

The next final of the night was the Year 8 final which saw, Loughborough High School (North Charnwood) take home the gold medals, with Oakham (Rutland) finishing as Runners up.

The last final of the night was the Year 10 final which saw, Oakham (Rutland) take home the gold medals for the second time that night, with Kibworth (Blaby & Harborough) finishing as Runners up.

The main aim of Team Leicestershire is to ensure that as many young people as possible are able to represent their school and compete in a variety of sports / competitions, both at a local level against neighbouring schools, but then with the opportunity to progress through to county finals.

The affiliation also gives every school bespoke access to our online 'School Fixtures' Programme, where school staff can easily manage all fixtures and results.

The website can also be accessed by pupils and parents to view fixtures and results and the progression of their school teams to County Finals.
