Move it - Boom!

Getting children active in a world of ever increasing distractions is difficult. Move it Boom takes the excitement and fun generated by playing computer games to encourage children to be more physically active.

The healthforkids.co.uk website is hosting a new fantasy world, taking advantage of this year's Rio Olympics. Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust has brought together Leicester City Football Club, Leicestershire Cricket Club and Leicester Riders to provide prizes that will incentivise young children.

In partnership with Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust Healthy Schools, Leicester City Football Club, Leicestershire Cricket Club, Leicestershire Riders and Loughborough Sport, we all invite your school to compete in this year's Move it Boom Rio Summer Sports Jam!

In the spirit of Rio Olympics we are looking for all Leicestershire, Leicester and Rutland Primary Schools to compete against each other to see which school is the ultimate Move it Boomer and win a once in a lifetime sporting experience at Loughborough University. It is a great way to get your school active!
