Sport England partners with Twitter to create online workshop helping sports clubs

Club Matters, Sport England's one-stop-shop for sports clubs offering free practical resources, has partnered with free social networking service , Twitter UK, to create an online video workshop to help grassroots clubs across the country manage their social media accounts.

The case study video, featuring Bruna Zanin-Juresic, Football Clubs Partnerships Lead at Twitter UK, outlines her top ten best practice tips for sports clubs on how to best make use of the platform and increase their followers.

The workshop forms part of a new range of free, time-saving digital services available on the Club Matters website, the home of convenient and flexible resources for sports clubs. The site includes advice on a diverse range of issues, including how to attract and retain members, improve their clubs, upskill administrators and secure additional funding.

The new online workshop complements the range of support that is available from Club Matters, including the regularly updated website, social media channels, popular monthly newsletter, podcasts and face-to-face workshops that cover Business Planning; Marketing and Finding the best club structure.

Bruna Zanin-Juresic, Lead of Football Clubs Partnerships at Twitter UK comments,
