Talent Match, Santander Funded Recruitment Opportunities with Loughborough University

Loughborough University are reaching out with a fantastic opportunity for employers to recruit one of our amazing students here at Loughborough University.

They are looking for 10 Internship opportunities that would be applicable for students of any year group. These roles would be for a total of 100 hours and would be fully funded by the Santander via the University. (£1000 – 100 hours of work). Please note payment is made by the University to the participating organisation and it is then the responsibility of the organisation to pay the student in full for the work that they complete. In terms of the type of role, it would need to be a role that provides a level of professional work experience to the student(s), a project-based opportunity always tends to work well but we are open to different roles. We would expect students to develop a variety of skills, for example; leadership, teamwork, problem solving, communication, planning, organising.

Examples of roles:

• Digital Marketing intern
• Business Development Executive
• Project Management Internship - Electric Vehicle
• Events, Marketing & Communications Coordinator
• Event Operations Support
• Junior Graphic Designer

Roles can either be remote, in person or hybrid but it's important that you are clear on your job advert. The idea will be for recruitment to take place over the summer and for roles to start in late August/Early September. Based on these dates, its likely a lot of students will be away from Loughborough and at their home address.
