About This Programme
Active Mums Club is about empowering you to be active.
To engage and empower pre and post natal women to take ownership of their own movement levels, receive accurate physical activity advice around their pregnancy journey and have the opportunity to participate in physical activity within their local communities and homes.
The Active Mums Club is the go to place in Leicestershire for anything relating to pregnancy and post-baby physical activity. We want local mums to know about the importance of physical activity during pregnancy - and how to go about doing it safely.
It might be that you are looking for advice, things to do in your local area, or people to meet. We want to help with that. We understand this can be the most transformative time of your life. It is a time to celebrate but a time that also comes with worries.
Pregnancy can also sometimes be a lonely time. By joining our club, we will keep you well informed about staying active and help you enjoy this unique phase of your life.
We want you to have a healthy pregnancy - and a healthy beyond too!
