This case study highlight the achievements made in the better health campaign concerning the early years conference, targeted weight management physical activity project and beat the street campaign.

Better health key achievements include have included:

£253,000 secured from 3 clinical commissioning groups to deliver steady steps across LLR.

11,147 players taking part in the beat the street games across Wigston, South Wigston, South Charnwood and Loughborough. Within these games 100,497 miles were covered by players.

209 health professionals have accessed Physical Activity clinical champion training.

£5,160 was secured to roll out a This Girl Can Positivise Pause programme across LLR.

Funding has been secured in order to deliver a Blue Social Prescribing Project in Blaby, Harborough and Oadby & Wigston.

Furthermore, the early years conference, targeted weight management physical activity project and beat the street games have been widely successful.
