Lutterworth Country Junior parkrun- Volunteer
We have a number of volunteer roles available! Full training is given to all new volunteers. Each volunteer needs to first register with parkrun (free on the website). Then email or message us via Messenger (from our FB page) to let us know the week before that the person is available.

Lutterworth Country Junior parkrun- Volunteer
We ask volunteers to arrive by 8.30am, and children by 8.50am, ready for a 9am start. We are normally finished by 9.30am. The event is for children aged 4-14 years old, who will run/walk the 2km course. We operate in all weather, subject to safety. So a wet morning won't put us off but a heavy snowfall would likely lead to a cancellation. We just ask for people to wear suitable clothing for the weather conditions on the day. There is not much shade so waterproofs would be needed on wet mornings. We also have hi-vis vests which each volunteer will have to wear. We try and have the roster organised by Wednesday each week, for the upcoming Sunday.
