Go Gold Ambassador Attends LRS Events!

LRS Events:
I've enjoyed the two events I've attended recently thanks to LRS.

Attended a 'This Girl Can' event aimed at encouraging girls who aren't usually involved in sport to try new activities and get involved. I was pleased to go along as a Go Gold Ambassador. It was an enjoyable event and I got the chance to talk to the girls.

Also found the Sports Psychology Workshop useful. I've learnt many mental strategies with Archery GB but this helped build on my knowledge and introduced different techniques. There are definitely things I'll use to help benefit my shooting
