Nominate the UK's Best Park

Nominate your favourite park for the Fields In Trust Best Park award!

Our nation's parks bring people together and create a safe outdoor environment for everyone to enjoy. Fields in Trust, the only national charity that safeguards recreational green space, want to recognise the role that parks play in our communities.

UK's Best Park is a unique award and is open to all local green spaces across the UK. It might be that your local park is great for gentle stroll, your local playground is a hive of activity for children or your nature reserve is the perfect place for tranquil relaxation – whatever the reason this is your chance to help your favourite park gain the recognition it deserves.

Nominating your favourite local green space is quick and easy. Visit the Fields in Trust website, tell them in up to 50 words what makes the space so special to you and attach a picture. Nominate now.

Rouken Glen Park in East Renfrewshire was named UK's Best Park, as voted by YOU! 2016 at the Fields in Trust Awards at Lord's Cricket Ground. The Award, and a flag to fly on site, was presented by former international footballer, and Trustee of Fields in Trust, Graeme Le Saux, and sports broadcaster Jill Douglas. Rouken Glen Park was congratulated on their award in Parliament by local MP Kirsten Oswald and featured as a Fields in Trust Have a Field Day showcase site in July 2017.
