About Active Blaby
Active Blaby helps people increase their activity in a number of ways. We;-
- have a website that uses a questionnaire to best understand your behaviour towards activity and attempt to overcome the barriers you face and use your strengths to get more active
- deliver classes for people with limited mobility and health conditions that are run by activity specialists
- support existing physical activity instructors and sports clubs to be more accessible to everyone by promoting and funding development courses, increasing participation, supporting volunteers and communicate funding opportunities
- work with partners to add activity to their services and use their expertise to enhance our programmes, such as mental health and inclusion
- collect the thought and feelings of our communities to help shape our services to best help you
