Sharon is on a journey from the Couch to 5k, and beyond!
At 51, Sharon was ready to give up with being active. She had tried everything, but was not able to reach her goals. Travelling and her work meant that she had little time to incorporate exercise into her daily routine, however, Sharon gave it one more go.
Sharon wasn't ready to give up on exercise just yet, as she started the Couch to 5k programme. After initially thinking she'd only last a few weeks, she's since completed the programme twice!
Fast forward to today, Sharon has lost 22 kilos, 4 dress sizes, and runs 3 times a week. Moving a little more every day has improved Sharon's sleeping pattern and has given her more energy to go out and keep exercising with a huge grin on her face!
